Many people may be familiar to blind rivets,it’s  a very common part. Tools are needed when riveting. The normal characteristics of blind rivets are as follows:

1.Riveting body bulges evenly

2. The nail head is covered completely.

3. The brim of the rivet body is close to the workpiece without gaps

4.There are no burrs and foreign objects in the hole

When using a rivet gun for riveting, you also need to pay attention to the following conditions

1.When the gun mouth cannot suck nails, first turn off the air valve to check whether the nail core is blocked in the gun claw.If blockage occurs, please remove the gun claw sleeve and use needle-nose pliers to carefully take out the nail rod blocked in the tube,After the mandrel is broken, judge the riveting state of the product and confirm whether the returned nail is normally sucked into the mandrel barrel.If it is normal, repeat the next installation action. When the nail core of the nail core tube is half stored, it should be poured out and emptied in time.

2.After the rivet gun has been working continuously for 2-3 hours, add 2-3 drops of lubricating oil to the air inlet and continue working after lubrication.

3.According to the frequency of use of the product, after 5000 times of use, the inner cavity of the gun claw and the shaft should be cleaned up once, and the lubricating oil should be dripped;When the gun claw is worn out or the pull core rivet rod is slipping, replace the entire gun claw.After the itinerary is significantly shortened, report for repairs and refill hydraulic oil in time.When the work is over, turn off the main valve of the air source.

4. After using the riveting gun to pull the blind rivets, the riveting gun and its accessories must be cleaned and collected in the tool box in time, and the workbench products and waste materials must be cleaned up.
